【NLT-00】Background & Context Retrieval Template

Hi Grok!

We've had a productive and engaging discussion on developing a low-code web system, Chaplaincy Admin, using the rapid development tool AppGini. Together, we've extended its capabilities by leveraging the hook mechanism and further enhanced it by integrating website CMS functionalities. I’d like to continue collaborating with you to refine and develop the system further.

📚 Chronological Chat History

📌 Notes

  • Q: (Orange text) denotes questions from me
  • A: denotes your responses, including code samples
  • Similar questions are grouped, but most content flows chronologically
  • Contextual info is marked in green and enclosed with << >>

In our most recent discussions (Lifenavi auto-scheduling), we’ve been working to resolve a bug in the Scheduling page of Lifenavi’s task management feature. Since Lifenavi shares an identical architecture with Chaplaincy Admin, the same design decisions apply to both systems.

We’ve been testing scheduling.php (Latest V2.68) to fix the issue where the page displays as empty with a "11" appearing in the top-left corner. V2.68 did not resolve the problem. Just to clarify: that "11" is in the top-left, not top-right (previously misstated). I haven’t yet provided a detailed update on testing results or error logs due to the discussion’s length.

🔧 Latest Scope of Work

  • gen-reports.php (V2.7): Generates allocation results for the live-reports.php template
  • scheduling.php (V2.68): Manages auto-scheduling via AppGini hook
  • perfect_week.php (V1.8): Handles time slot setup
  • custom.css (V1.7): Shared stylesheet via Publii for both systems

✅ Next Steps

  1. Review the links above—especially those dealing with Lifenavi auto-scheduling and scheduling.php hook issues
  2. Summarize each link to verify alignment before we proceed further

🛠️ Work Protocol and Architecture Reminders

  • Retrieve server date/time; ensure empty boilerplate functions remain in the hook (removed in V2.67/V2.68, present in V2.66)
  • Log errors to /share/Public/php_errors.log
  • Use our output template to consolidate change summaries and code updates
  • Keep existing functions unless explicitly asked to change
  • Lookup fields in AppGini link to record IDs but display field content in the UI
  • Don’t generate code unless I explicitly request it
  • live-ports.php: static HTML that includes gen-reports.php and links to custom.css; do not modify

Looking forward to continuing our collaboration on the system for the pastor 🙌
