🌱而成功坐到最後無走開,都係一個小成就。多啲成就,自信心 (Self-esteem) 自然強啲,抑鬱都會少啲。
🐻抑鬱焦慮其實都係心病。食藥以外,遠離有害的 Lifestyle 更加緊要。港式Lifestyle 要快靚正自由方便,人地抖唔到氣之餘,自己都會變得過份期望。
